At G.H.BASS, we take pride in our heritage of quality craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original shoebox or packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
